The owners of this beautiful family home, set in a delightful country village, were an extremely busy professional couple.

Some pre-sale preparation had previously been completed but time poor and anxious to get the ball rolling, they required help with finishing touches and getting the property to reflect the asking price.

Sadly, the owners had decided to separate, so a quick, profitable house sale was vital to enable them to get on with their lives.

Prior to the staging day I arranged for a decorator and cleaner to help with some unfinished jobs and enlisted a gardener to ‘tweak’ the outside spaces.

Anxious to secure an immediate buyer, the owners wanted most of the work completed in one (long!) day; including using a professional photographer to shoot images for the marketing brochure.

Happily, the results were spectacular and there was a good deal of demand for the newly styled property.

The couple are now happily installed in new homes of their own.
