Leather sofas including a corner sofa and bright, vibrant, colours were used to compliment the open contemporary space and walls colours chosen by the developers.
A fairly tight budget, (which was strictly adhered to) for accessorising the property, was agreed before any styling work took place.
The furniture and accessories were sourced, purchased and installed by The Property Styling Company as a complete time and money saving package for my clients.
So popular was the rental house that a waiting list for eager tenants had to be drawn up and only 8 lucky people were chosen to live there!
