Racing towards the end of the year & we are busy d Racing towards the end of the year & we are busy de-staging, re- staging, & generally…staging properties 🤪 No time for Christmas decs 🎄 : It can be a bit like moving house everyday, without the clutter, but Home Staging can be the key to getting a good sale in these turbulent times. : With 50% of @ashfordhomesltd Church Farm site reserved/sold, this time next week, this gorgeous home will be emptied, as we make way for its excited new owners, & transfer the package across (a quite muddy) site to set up a brand new show home 🏡 : Wish me luck!

Nothing beats watching a tired old property come b Nothing beats watching a tired old property come back to life through staging! 🥰 : It was a challenge. 3 floors, many stairs, lots of cobwebs, overseas owners. This property had been empty for a while after its last tenants, thick with dust, random bits of furniture, & dead plants - it wouldn’t have shown well in the marketing photos. : Some of the rooms were also difficult for viewers to make sense of. : Adding furniture, defining spaces, bringing softness to the rooms, has finally made this house feel like a home. : On the market with Hamptons Bath from next week - can’t wait for viewers to see it! : Home Staging for sale = no brainer! #propertystylingcompanybath #homestagingprofessional #propertystyling

New carpets really change the look & feel of a space & although not essential, if you can afford to freshen up your home before you sell & a new carpet is in the budget - do it! : Our stair carpet was well passed its sell by date, & after picking out a replacement before Christmas we had to move the fitting date 2 or 3 times due to work, leaks, & unforeseen problems.
